You showed them six houses. By Tuesday they have them mixed up, and
the one they loved is "the one with the kitchen". Showly captures each home as
you walk out of it and sends your buyer their Saturday, in their own words.
How it works
Before you leave the office, upload the MLS sheets for every home on
the tour. Showly reads the price, beds, baths and square footage off them
and builds the tour for you.
At each house, take three or four photos and hold the record button
while your buyer talks. That is the whole job — about forty seconds.
Back in the car, send the recap. Every home in order, what they said
about each one, drive times to work, and a yes / maybe / no they can tap.
What your buyer gets
Every home from the day on one page, in the order you saw them
Drive time from each house to the address that matters to them
What they liked, in the words they actually used
A yes, maybe or no on each one — and you see how they answered
